These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at jonescollisioncenteral.com (the "Site"), operated by Jones Collision Center Inc. ("Jones Collision Center," "we," "us," or "our"), 3398 Pelham Parkway, Pelham, Alabama 35124. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Site Information
The Site provides general information about Jones Collision Center and our collision repair services. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only, may change without notice, and does not create a contract for repair services. Repair services are governed by the written estimate, the signed Repair Authorization and Guarantee of Payment, and the Repair Policies and Guidelines provided to you at the time of service (the "Repair Documents"). If anything on the Site conflicts with your Repair Documents, the Repair Documents control.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Free estimates refer to our standard visual damage evaluation at our shop. Estimates are based on visible damage and may change if hidden or additional damage is found during disassembly or repair, or if parts prices change. Certain services, such as teardown, diagnostic scans, storage, and administration, may carry charges as disclosed in our Repair Documents. No price, estimate, or timeframe on the Site is a binding quote. Repair times depend on the extent of damage, required repairs, parts availability, and insurance approvals.
3. Insurance Claims
We work with all major insurance companies and will communicate with your insurer and document your repairs according to their guidelines. We are not an insurance company, insurance agent, or licensed claims adjuster, and under Alabama law we cannot negotiate your insurance claim for you. You remain responsible for your claim and for payment for authorized repairs as described in your Repair Documents. Your insurance agent, a licensed claims adjuster, or an attorney can help you with questions about your claim.
4. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship on specified repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only when our posted labor rate and all recommended repairs are completed and paid. If a labor rate or other concession is made to settle an insurance claim, the workmanship warranty is limited to one (1) year. Rust repair is not covered under any circumstances. Parts carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty only. Warranty work must be performed at our shop or as approved by us. The complete warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions are stated in our Repair Policies and Guidelines, available on our Repair Authorization page and at our shop; those written terms control. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Jones Collision Center name and logo, images, page layouts, design, and code, are owned by or licensed to Jones Collision Center Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Jones Collision Center Inc. "Jones Collision Center" and the Jones Collision Center logo are trademarks of Jones Collision Center Inc. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names, logos, and marks that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and print pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, and to download our repair authorization form for use with our services. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, frame, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written consent. No rights are granted by implication, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate anyone; (c) upload viruses or other harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (e) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means, other than standard search-engine indexing; (f) send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms; or (g) interfere with the Site's operation or other users' enjoyment of it.

When you submit information or files through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant us permission to use your submission to respond to you, provide our services, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not by itself create a customer relationship, schedule an appointment, or authorize repairs; a repair is authorized only by a completed and signed Repair Authorization that we accept. Do not submit payment card numbers or other sensitive financial information through the Site.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site contains links to and embedded tools from third parties, such as Google Maps, Facebook, and the CarWise repair status tool. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current. This disclaimer applies to the Site only and does not affect the workmanship warranty described in Section 4 and your Repair Documents.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jones Collision Center Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability for repair services, which is governed by your Repair Documents and applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jones Collision Center Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Alabama (or, for federal court, the court whose district includes Shelby County), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. General
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
