Jones Collision Center Inc. ("Jones Collision Center," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at jonescollisioncenteral.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Please also review our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact and estimate requests: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle information, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
• Repair authorizations: your name, contact details, vehicle description, and the signed authorization document you upload, which may include your signature and information about your repair and insurance claim.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, the position you're applying for, your experience and qualifications, and any resume you upload.
• Communications: information you provide when you call, text, or email us.

Please do not submit payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other sensitive financial or government identifiers through the Site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the servers that host the Site and the third-party services embedded in it may automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to your questions and estimate requests and to schedule and perform repairs;
• To process repair authorizations and communicate with you about your vehicle, such as notifying you when it is checked in and answering questions about your repair status;
• To communicate with your insurance company or other parties involved in your repair when you ask us to or when needed to complete your repair;
• To review job applications and communicate with applicants;
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
• To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Text Messages

We do not currently send automated or marketing text messages. If you text or call our shop phone, we use your number only to respond to you about your inquiry or repair. If we offer text-message updates in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before doing so. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Insurance companies and parties to your claim, when you direct us to or when it is reasonably necessary to complete your repair (for example, repair documentation and estimates).
• Service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, such as our website host, our form-delivery provider, email providers, our repair management software provider (CCC Intelligent Solutions, which may send you repair-related emails on our behalf), and parts suppliers or sublet repair vendors. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jones Collision Center, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers, in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent, or at your direction.

5. Third-Party Services on the Site

The Site uses the following third-party services. Each receives technical information (such as your IP address) when its content loads, and each handles information under its own privacy policy:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the information you submit through our website forms, including uploaded files, to our email inbox and may send you an automatic confirmation email.
• Google Maps displays our location map, and Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on the Site.
• CarWise / CCC Intelligent Solutions provides the repair status lookup on our Repair Status page. Information you enter into that tool is collected by CarWise.
• Facebook and Google host our business pages and reviews, which we link to. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not set our own tracking cookies on the Site. Embedded third-party services (such as Google Maps and the CarWise repair status tool) may set their own cookies or use similar technologies, as described in their privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Our Site does not currently respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals because we do not track visitors across third-party websites.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to complete and warranty your repair, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. Job application materials are kept as long as needed to consider your application and as required by employment record-keeping laws.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Information submitted through the Site is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the Alabama Data Breach Notification Act of 2018.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Choices & Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us through the Site, or to opt out of text messages or other communications. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain information to complete a repair you've authorized, honor a warranty, or comply with legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; we will honor those rights to the extent they apply to us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
